Really nice place for quick coffee. Nice and friendly staff. Orders are 9/10 accurate with sometimes a little error. The queue can be really long in a rush time and if they are under staff.It is inside a gas station store so there is not any place to eat on site. It would be great to have a better serving area since it can fill the place really fast and not many people can be served at the same time. Moving the whole restaurant to the opposite side of the gas station counter could help serve more people and have a little more place to wait without being in the way.

My girlfriend and I are going at 8am ... it is closed with a small poster made by hand. We return at noon ... there is the same poster with a different time .... this is the third time that it happens to us ... for a Tim open 24h do not understand ...

15 minutes of waiting to finally get anything big. I did not receive what I ordered but I was in a hurry so I just left with this meal ... improvised ...(and I was the only one waiting !!)

I arrive at 16:45, there is a poster on the cash register that the counter is closed between 9h and 17h ????There are 2 employees at the checkout I ask them if it is possible to buy a muffin and I am told that they can not enter the box before 17h! No matter what this tim!

This Tim Hortons has huge staffing problems and is often closed at weird hours without warning (like 2 to 5pm). It's also a tiny stand within a gas station and can draw a long line from the nearby workers. There's no place to sit down either, so this is strictly a pick up and go place.On the plus side, in the summer you can grab something, cross the road and eat in the beatiful Bois-de-Coulonge park.

It goes from WORSE to WORSE this little Tim Hortons there. I waited at least 1 month before doing this review. Today it is my last time in this place. 20 (TWENTY) minutes to have a coffee and there were 2 people before me in the waiting girl. No sense !!

When you give yourself the title of Owner of a franchise such as a Tim Horton, and are unable to keep your staff close to closing during peak hours, you have serious questions to ask! This Tim is a laughing stock for Canadian business! Not to mention the often empty displays and a cleanliness that leaves something to be desired 😷
